Liberty Health Sciences to be exclusive distributor of Isodiol International products throughout Florida and Massachusetts

(CSE: LHS) (OTCQX: LHSIF) ("Liberty" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with Isodiol International Inc. ("Isodiol"), a leader in pharmaceutical grade phytochemical compounds and the industry leader in the manufacturing and development of CBD consumer products, to provide a complementary suite of medical cannabis products to patients in Florida and Massachusetts.

The closing of this agreement is subject to receipt of all required approvals from the Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Medical Use of Marijuana Program or the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
